Terms of Service

Please familiarize yourself with these Terms of Service and follow them strictly at any time you are provided a service by RekloSoft.

In case of infringement of these Terms by the RekloSoft Partner, Reklosoft reserves the right to stop displaying advertising materials for the RekloSoft Module of the Partner and/or suspend Partner’s RekloSoft account.

In each specific case RekloSoft will be working directly with its Partner to resolve the issue, however, RekloSoft reserves the right to discontinue the service, suspend Partners account at any moment without prior notice and further explanation.

RekloSoft service reserves the right to alter these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice to its Partners. Partners are obligated to trace all changes to these Terms of Service at their sole discretion. Reklosoft Partners must check their E-mail accounts for messages from RekloSoft Partner support center.

1. GENERAL POLICIES

1.1 Present terms regulate the use of RekloSoft Partner program.

1.2 Partner is considered a person who has Partner account with RekloSoft.

1.3 In case of RekloSoft account ownership change Partner must notify RekloSoft of the change within 3 business days by e-mail to partner@reklosoft.ru

1.4 RekloSoft Partner is obligated to update the RekloSoft Module within 7 days of the notification to the e-mail address on file.

2. ADVERTISING DELIVERY POLICY

2.1 Advertising materials in RekloSoft Module may only be delivered to end users in the instruments panel (footer part) of the web browser.

2.2 It is restricted to display any kind of pop-up windows that distort browsing experience of the user, change browser settings and/or start file upload/download on websites displaying RekloSoft advertising.

2.3 Web pages displaying RekloSoft advertising may not be loaded with the use of software products that initiate pop-up windows, redirect users to dangerous web resources, change web browser settings and distort browsing experience.

2.4 Web pages displaying RekloSoft advertising may not interfere with visitors in any way and generate clicks on RekloSoft ads.

2.5 RekloSoft will carefully analyze all traffic and clicks on RekloSoft advertising materials. Only quality traffic and clicks of interested visitors will be accepted. All kinds of artificial traffic/clicks are prohibited with no exception. Prohibited methods of traffic sent to RekloSoft include but not limited to:

2.5.1 Use of blind links.

2.5.2 Use of unwanted windows and other elements such as Pop-up/Pop-under without prior agreement by the visitor.

2.5.3 Repeated clicks on RekloSoft advertising materials (click fraud).

2.5.4 Advise visitors to click on RekloSoft advertising materials.

2.5.5 Confuse visitors in any way.

2.5.6 Use of software products by Partner to drive traffic and/or clicks to RekloSoft advertising materials.

2.5.7 Intentionally make it difficult for a visitor to view RekloSoft advertising materials or website in general with or without the use of software products.

2.5.8 Use of software products to initiate clicks and visits on RekloSoft advertising materials.

2.5.9 Compensate visitors in any way so they generate views and clicks on RekloSoft advertising materials.

2.5.10 Use of click exchange software, automated hosts generators, and other related software products.

2.5.11 Intentionally attract attention of website visitors to RekloSoft advertising materials using graphic elements or other techniques.

3. MODULE DEPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS

3.1 It is strictly prohibited to change programming code of the RekloSoft Module and/or add anything to it, change installation algorithm of the Module and alter the User Agreement prior to contacting RekloSoft directly.

3.2 RekloSoft Module is added to the browser without any changes. Advertising delivery panel may only be edited in the RekloSoft account of the Partner using predefined settings. Any other changes made to RekloSoft Module or advertising delivery panel are strictly prohibited prior to contacting RekloSoft directly.

3.3 All views of RekloSoft advertising materials must come only from URL’s assigned by RekloSoft (caching is restricted). All traffic from cached pages will not be considered as useful therefore will not be paid for.

3.4 RekloSoft advertising materials or any other services may not be used/displayed in Pop-up windows of any kind.

4. PENALTIES

4.1 All traffic and clicks on RekloSoft advertising materials generated with the use of tools described in Section 3 of this agreement are considered poor-quality and will not be paid for.

4.2 All funds received by RekloSoft Partner in violation of these Terms will be refunded back to RekloSoft advertising partners.

4.3 Infringement of these Terms by the RekloSoft Partner may result in account suspension of the RekloSoft partner.

5. ACCOUNTING

5.1 RekloSoft will deliver earning stats for each of its Partners in the provided interface.

5.2 RekloSoft is not responsible and/or will not compensate the losses of its Partners in case of unauthorized access to Partners’ accounts by third parties.

5.3 Partners agree to store their login information in a safe place. All actions made within Partner’s account will be treated as actions made by the RekloSoft partner.

5.4 Information provided in the ’Stats’ field is for informational purposes only and may not be relied on when it comes to payouts. Stats that display financial responsibility of the RekloSoft Service will be posted on 5th. and 20th. days of each month in the ’Accounting Stats’ section.

6. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER AND INDEMNIFICATION

6.1 RekloSoft reserves the right to deny providing the service to any of its affiliates, suspend any Partner’s account without explanation.

6.2 RekloSoft is not responsible for undeliverable correspondence that is caused due to technical issues of Internet providers, SPAM-filters, web-hosting issues and other issues not related to RekloSoft.

6.3 RekloSoft is not responsible for direct or indirect damages occurred during the use of RekloSoft Services and Products.

7. COMPLIANCE WITH COPYRIGHTED MATERIALS

7.1 RekloSoft is not responsible for placement of advertising materials and other Partner programs on copyright-protected websites and software products whose owners do not possess legal rights for placement of the RekloSoft advertising materials.
